In Mini Gymnastics, children develop their motor skills, body awareness and joy of movement through playful exercises and exciting apparatus courses. We practice rolling, climbing, balancing and jumping – and at the same time sneak in the first basics of gymnastics, such as somersaults and simpler body control exercises.
Here, children also get to practice important skills such as taking turns, taking instructions, and daring to try things on their own. It's about building self-esteem, independence, and curiosity about movement.
Mini gymnastics is a safe and playful course for younger children, where we lay the foundation for the next step – Motor skills versus gymnastics – but at the child's own pace, without performance requirements.
The children do gymnastics without active support from parents, but you are welcome to sit in the hall and watch.
