Our educators

Our gymnastics leaders have one thing in common: they love children. The leaders also undergo our internal training four times a year. They are trained in child pedagogy, motor skills and gymnastics as well as leadership and drama, but also in marketing, sales and branding issues. 

We always work in teams, where a team leader has the overall responsibility and leads together with one or more instructors. This allows us to give each child more attention and create a safe and joyful environment, both in the group and in the meeting with each individual.

To ensure that all lessons are of the same high quality, we use clear manuals that our leaders plan from. This provides both structure and space for play, creativity and adaptation to the needs of the group of children. The manuals are carefully designed and optimized to follow the child's motor development - including based on the BVC development curve.
