Welcome to a spa for the mind.
When the holidays are over and the semester starts, it can feel good to land. Give yourself the gift of a moment of guided relaxation. The class begins with gentle yoga exercises to let go and dissolve tension in the whole body and create a free flow in the breath. We also strengthen the small stabilizing muscles in the body. Towards the end, we land in some restorative deep relaxation positions. In the class, we will also use essential oils to enhance a calming effect and to increase the connection between body, soul and mind.
